For your safety and to protect your tablecloth, we strongly recommend using our candles with candle plates and glass sleeves. This can help prevent unintended dripping and instability caused by wind, air conditioning, or other external factors.

We need a few things from you to get the ball rolling
1. Candle Budget and Hire Equipment Budget (if applicable)
2. Total number of tables you plan to have candles on.
Rectangular or round table/s?
Number of people on each table?
Number of people seated on one side or both sides of the table (applicable for rectangular tables)?
3. Colour Theme or any particular colours you are loving.

*Some venues require candles to be covered by glass sleeves.

How many candles do i need?
It depends.
Let's start with the shape and size of your reception tables.
Rectangular Tables: We will make an assumption that you have rectangular tables, with seats on both sides.
20 guests: 10 - 20 taper candles
50 guests: 25 - 50 taper candles
100 guests: 50 - 100 taper candles
Take into consideration how full you want the table to be, space for florals (if any) and your budget.
Don't forget to include candle holders/glass sleeves and plates into the budget!
