HIRING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HIRE DURATION
Hiring of the equipment will commence from the delivery or pick up date and time specified by the owner, and shall be collected or returned to the owner by the date specified by the owner. Any extension to the hire period must be agreed to by the owner.
Pick up is usually available from Thursday. Returns by the following Tuesday.
CLEANLINESS, DAMAGE, LOSS & REPLACEMENT
If on the return of the equipment to the owner the equipment is found by the owner to be in an unclean condition or not in a substantial working order, the Hirer shall pay to the owner the cost and expenses of restoring the equipment to a clean condition and good working order. The Hirer accepts full responsibility to compensate the owner for up to the retail value of the equipment determined by the owner, or parts thereof which may be lost or stolen from the time of commencement of the hire or delivery, whichever is earlier, until the equipment is returned to the owner’s premises or collected by the owner.
BOND
A bond of 30% the total cost of hire equipment will be charged as part of the hire order.
If the items are returned in good condition; clean, undamaged and counted, the bond will be refunded to the customer within 2 weeks from the hire equipment return date.
If the items are returned late, damaged, unclean or have been loss, the bond will be deducted accordingly. If the charges exceed the bond amount, a subsequent invoice will be sent to the customer to cover the monetary difference.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
As part of the owner’s quality assurance process, all equipment is checked, counted and cleaned prior to dispatch. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to check all of the ordered equipment on delivery or collection and the Hirer must notify the owner of any breakages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the equipment for hire.
The Hirer acknowledges that it is aware of the proper use for which the equipment hired is designed and it has inspected the equipment and expressly agrees that the equipment is:
- in clean condition;
- in satisfactory working order;
- and; is of a quality and specifications as ordered.

Removing excess wax from the candle holder
The melted wax should naturally drip off onto the foil.
3. Remove and wipe the excess melted wax from the candle holder with paper towel.
*Wear gloves or mittens as required to avoid burning yourself.
Foil can be disposed afterwards. The purpose of the foil is to minimise mess.
