We ship our products from Perth, Australia.
DELIVERY PROVIDERS
We use delivery service providers to help us get our products to you. Sendle is currently our preferred service provider but we may use other available service providers under other circumstances.
DELIVERY COSTS
Based on the weight of the products, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. For an indication on prices from our preferred service provide, see
Sendle Domestic Rates for shipments within Australia, and
Sendle International Rates for shipments outside of Australia.
Prices are subject to change as per the courier’s discretion and will be reflected at checkout to customers.
You agree to pay to us the postage fee placement calculated at checkout. You acknowledge and agree that we can vary the postage fees applicable to orders at any time on notice, and updated shipping costs are always given with full transparency at checkout, before committing to an order.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 10 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

REFUNDS
You are eligible for a refund if the product is damaged on receipt and we are informed within 7 days of delivery arrival date. Please provide your name, product purchased, damage information and a supporting photo to info@caduree.com . Once your email has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@caduree.com .
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are damaged.
